The Lamp HES3D-W190 Hinge Template is used to easily create consistent and matching morise cuts for both doors and jambs. This two-in-one router guide is customizable for shallow or deep pockets as well as face pockets using only one jig. It works on doors that are 1 3/4" or 2 1/4" thick.
This unique hinge template is made from 3/4″ 13 ply Russian Baltic Birch Plywood for durability and reliable performance. The 6/32 machine screws on the Template are held by a metal inserts into the wood base.
Use template guide 17/32 I.D by 5/8” O.D with ½ router bit.
